• R – This is a publicly available open source statistical software package
• Graphviz – This is a publicly available open source graph rendering package. It was used to render the call network after the provided dataset was parsed using custom code written in Python by Pranab K. Banerjee at Space Dynamics Laboratory.
• ICAVE – This is a custom visualization tool designed and developed by Pranab K. Banerjee at Space Dynamics Laboratory in June–July 2008. It is written using the Python scripting language and uses OpenGL for graphics. It is an interactive 3D software that allows integrated view of all the fields of the provided dataset in a single intuitive visualization window for analysis and comprehension.
